FAQ
Will it fit my hose?
Yes. It threads onto the standard 3/4" connector used on US garden hoses and outdoor spigots, and the quick-connect adapter is in the box. No tools, no plumbing, about ten seconds to attach.
Can I use my own shampoo?
Any liquid pet shampoo works. Thicker formulas flow better diluted roughly half and half with water, and the markings on the canister let you hit the same mix every time.
Is it gentle enough for a puppy or a cat?
On the Mist and Shower settings, yes — those are the soft patterns. Save the Jet setting for muddy paws and the car. Keep any spray away from the eyes and out of the ears, whatever setting you use.
What if my water pressure is low?
It runs off normal household pressure and needs no pump or power. If your pressure is on the weak side the foam comes out thinner — turn the foam knob up and use Shower rather than Mist.
How do I clean it after a wash?
Rinse the canister with clean water, screw it back on and run the sprayer for a few seconds on Shower to flush the soap channel. Shampoo left sitting inside is the main reason sprayers like this clog.
Can I use it for anything besides the dog?
Most owners end up doing exactly that. The canister takes car wash soap or patio cleaner just as happily as pet shampoo, so it doubles as a foam gun and, empty, as a garden waterer.
